Conor McCormack founded Wellesley Capital Partners in 2023 with the idea that when assembling the right team, any project can be a success. With nearly a decade of development experience, Conor has executed projects ranging from 250,000 square foot office buildings, dozens of Article 80 Small Project Review condominium and apartment deals, to luxury single family builds in the elite neighborhoods in Greater Boston. A lifelong learner, Conor continually expands his professional Rolodex to learn from successful real estate professionals who made Greater Boston such an exciting market to build communities from the ground up. In his free time, Conor enjoys playing competitive golf, exercising and spending time with friends in family.
